Dear Blanche,

 

 Want to let you know that GINO (AKA, RIP) is doing VERY WELL!
 He has adjusted superbly to his two homes (we split time between two houses), and has found a new best friend with our other Chihuahua, NIKO (see attached photos).
 I also wanted to reiterate how pleased I am with GINO’s health; during his check-up, my veterinarian made a number of comments that I wanted to share with you. He specifically stated that GINO was an extremely well-bred pup, having no knee issues, both testicles descended and no issues with his heart. He also commented on his rare and GORGEOUS markings…my vet even implied that I must have spent a few thousand dollars on him!!! His one finding was that GINO has a slightly lazy left eye, but he indicated that this was not anything I should be concerned with as it will likely go away in a few months. Honestly, I can’t even notice it at all, and I worked for this vet for four years… ;)
 In any event, GINO is not having ANY housebreaking issues. I didn’t even have to SHOW him his potty pads, he knew right where to go, and hasn’t had any accidents! He snuggles with NIKO and plays with him too….and BOY OH BOY does he have an appetite! He is on a strict diet of Wellness for puppies, and he LOVES IT!
